Is 4-5 hours acceptable for a 12 year old boy to be on the computer or playing playstation?

Its not like I haven't pointed it out to his father, but I think its one of those wicked stepmother things. Truth is I am genuinely cocerned for the boy, since he already has a genetic problem with his eyes. He gets special help at school for his eyes from the guide dog assoc. How on Earth do I tackle this one?

it is normal for a 12 year old to do that, but its certantly not healthy especialy if he has genetic eye problem. Talk to his father about limiting his time to those sorts of things. Lol dont worry its not a wicked step mother thing.. it is something thats needs attention.

Can I use a playstation 2 dual shock controller on the PC to play COD 4 using an adapter off ebay

If it cant be done, is it necessary to have a gaming mouse. I have a ps2 but dont want to buy ps3 just to play COD4 and have previously only used pc for work. I have 7800 gt vid card and 2gb ram so I figure cheaper to play on PC.

Yeah you can use a ps2 controller on a pc, all you have to do is get a ps2 to pc usb converter so that you can plug it into your pc. You could also buy a Xbox 360 controller for windows, it is just a 360 controller made for the pc. There is also a way to use a ps3 controller on the pc but I can't remember how. good luck gaming.

OK so i wan't to buy a console for Christmas i was sure to buy PS3 but then i heard rumors that PS4 will come soon and i should wait for it... So is it true? Will it come or will PS4 come for 3-4 years?
P.S Xbox 360 is not an option i don't like that you have to pay to play online...

Well I heard that someone from Sony said that the PS3 will be out for 10 years from it's release. In other-words, the PS4 won't be out for 10 years from PS3 release year. The PS3 has been out since 2006 so the PS4 won't be out until about 2015-2017. So, I'd get the PS3 for now.
