What do you think? Or will the Xbox 720 will be better than the Playstation 4. What do you think? And I know that the consoles are not released or even been announced but by just going on the rumours we've heard what do you think. What system will the best gaming system for the next generation?

To reiterate what you said, we don't know enough right now. But here are my thoughts:
Both will have about the same graphic capabilities. Let's face it: it can't get THAT much better than graphics today, and have you compared 360 and ps3 graphics? Most of the time, there's not much difference.
If Sony keeps up the free online, that alone would make plenty of people say ps4 is better.
Both will have mostly the same gaming library. Again, the only variation we'll see are timed exclusive dlc and platform exclusives. Speaking of exclusives...
Sony will more than likely have better and more exclusives. This was the case for ps3 vs 360. If a sony fanboy and a microsoft fanboy argue about which system is better, they'll definitely bring up exclusives and the ps3 would win.
Those are my thoughts, but what I've actually read is that Sony is focusing less on hardware and more on making a better online community experience. We'll see. Based on these points, I'd wager that ps4 will be better, but I'm still iffy.

Too much for what? A homeless person, most homes use, lights, hot water, refrigerators, stoves, washers, driers, heaters, ac, and tons of other devices that use MUCH more power than your tiny devices. So NO. Unless you are really poor, with all your laptops.
